The successful revalidation of the Career Mark award ensures that we remain current and forward thinking in our careers and work-related learning offer to students. This rigorous assessment ensures that we continue to offer the best for our students.
Timely education, information and guidance
Students who decide not to apply to university are supported in preparing their applications for individual jobs. Information and guidance is given regarding gaining an apprenticeship, together with interview preparation. Our careers provision is comprehensive in the Sixth Form. We have a careers guidance practitioner who visits to offer tailored support to help students in their career goals and next steps. Our skilled Sixth Form intervention team support students through university and apprenticeship applications. Our UCAS co-ordinator supports all students in their University applications, including Russell Group and Oxbridge candidates.
